The solution modernized end-user computing, enabled a mobile workforce, and supported a new microservices-based, agile delivery model. As a result, Pickles Auctions improved collaboration and operational efficiency, went live with its first Dynamics 365 phase, and strengthened its ability to scale, innovate, and serve more than 35% of sales through online buyers.
