A Microsoft Corporation Case Study
Clemson University needed a better way to attract prospective students and athletic recruits to its South Carolina campus and to more effectively share the school’s story online. To address that challenge, Clemson partnered with Microsoft Corporation and built a digital Creativity Studio equipped with Microsoft Surface devices, Surface Studio workstations, Surface Hub, OneNote 2016, and PowerPoint 2016.
Microsoft Corporation’s technology helped Clemson’s students and staff create, edit, and showcase digital content across the creative process, from storyboarding to final presentation. The results have been strong: Clemson added more than 2 million fans and followers on social media and generated 70 million video views from student-created content, while also improving recruiting and retention for student athletes.
