Microsoft Corporation implemented Office 365 and Teams to enable real-time collaboration, shared presentations, lesson organization, and more accessible communication between students and teachers. The result was stronger student engagement, reduced teacher workload, better peer-to-peer learning, and improved access for students with special needs, with students describing the change as “life changing” and noting that Teams made communication easier than email.
