Charter Hall, one of Australia’s leading property groups, was looking to transform its workplaces, improve employee engagement, and better support customers as part of its New Way of Working program. Working with Microsoft Corporation, the company adopted Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 Sales, and Surface devices to replace paper-heavy, fixed-PC ways of working with a more flexible, collaborative model.

Microsoft Corporation implemented a cloud-based platform with more than 520 Surface devices, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Dynamics 365 case management to streamline communication and improve mobility across Charter Hall’s offices. The results included a 30% increase in employee engagement, a significant reduction in turnover, and a major efficiency gain as budgeting meetings were cut from a full day to about an hour.
