e+CancerCare, a healthcare provider operating a network of cancer care clinics, sought to improve the management of its frequent and critical oncology software upgrades. As a result, e+CancerCare reduced project work variances by 29 percent, cut the time engineers spent on administrative tasks by approximately 35 percent, and improved the accuracy of its project forecasts.
