Callcredit Plc, a UK technology-enabled data company serving credit lenders and consumers, needed a scalable, resilient platform to support rapid growth in its direct-to-consumer service Noddle. Using Microsoft Corporation’s Azure and Azure Machine Learning, Callcredit was able to handle increasing demand while keeping its service available 24/7.

Microsoft Corporation implemented a cloud-based architecture on Azure with machine learning and elastic compute, enabling Callcredit to process more data, uncover new patterns, and improve prediction accuracy. As a result, Noddle grew from under 1 million to over 4 million subscribed customers, while Callcredit also reported better cost control, greater flexibility, and improved efficiency.
