Bühler worked with Microsoft Corporation, using Azure IoT Hub and Azure Storage as part of its digital services and Azure-based platform.

Microsoft Corporation helped Bühler Group build Digital Services and a Digital Cell system that enables remote monitoring, diagnostics, predictive maintenance, and unified dashboards for better visibility and control. The solution reduced manual troubleshooting, improved safety, supported interoperability through OPC UA, and helped customers optimize operations across mixed equipment environments. With Microsoft Corporation’s cloud and AI technologies, Bühler is helping foundries minimize downtime, cut scrap, and move toward lower energy use and better productivity.
