Case Study: Brunel achieves cloud-ready global talent management with Microsoft Azure and SaaSplaza

A Microsoft Corporation Case Study

Preview of the Brunel Case Study

Brunel’s move to the cloud helps companies prepare for the labor market of the future

Brunel International, a global employment agency based in the Netherlands, faced the challenge of managing a complex and decentralized IT infrastructure with on-premises data centers worldwide. This legacy environment hindered business continuity, security, and the company's ability to innovate. To address this, Brunel partnered with vendor Microsoft Corporation and chose to migrate to a suite of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure SQL and Azure Site Recovery, to create a unified and future-ready platform.

Microsoft Corporation, with help from partner SaaSplaza, implemented a multi-phase migration to Azure that was completed with virtually no downtime. The solution provided Brunel with a highly available, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure. This resulted in significant cost savings from reduced hardware needs, improved business continuity with a robust disaster recovery strategy, and freed up IT staff to focus on innovation. Using Microsoft Azure's big data capabilities, Brunel gained the ability to analyze labor trends and better predict future market demands for its clients.
