TM International Logistics Limited (TMILL), an Indian provider of end-to-end logistics solutions, was facing challenges with its on-premises SAP ECC application. The system, running on Windows and Oracle, required high maintenance and monitoring time, and the company struggled with data center standardization, security, and integration. TMILL engaged Microsoft and its partner to explore migrating to SAP S/4HANA on Microsoft Azure for a more efficient long-term technology roadmap.

Microsoft, through its partner, implemented a solution that migrated TMILL’s SAP workloads to Azure, converting from ECC to S/4HANA with minimal downtime. This provided TMILL with real-time data access for stakeholders worldwide, a highly secure infrastructure, and a lower total cost of ownership. The Microsoft Azure platform also positioned the company to leverage advanced analytics and AI services for future innovation.
