A Microsoft Corporation Case Study

Boys & Girls Clubs of America empowers employees through technology

Boys & Girls Clubs of America faced growing inefficiencies from legacy technology and fragmented collaboration tools, making it harder for staff and volunteers to share information, automate routine tasks, and quickly understand what was happening across thousands of Clubs. Working with Microsoft Corporation, the nonprofit also wanted better data to improve the youth experience and support its mission more effectively.

Microsoft Corporation helped Boys & Girls Clubs of America complete a digital transformation using Office 365, OneDrive, Microsoft Flow, Dynamics CRM, Power BI, and SharePoint. The new tools improved collaboration, automated workflows, and turned survey and platform data into real-time insights; staff reportedly saved an hour or more each day on some tasks, while better reporting helped the organization monitor engagement across 4,300 Clubs and refine programs for more than 4 million young people.
