Bristow Group, a global industrial aviation services company with a highly mobile workforce, needed a secure way for employees to access critical enterprise applications like SAP, Workday, and eFlight from anywhere while managing identity and compliance across a complex hybrid IT environment. Microsoft Corporation, using Azure services, helped address the challenge of secure remote access, simplified sign-on, and better support for off-site pilots and staff.

Microsoft Corporation worked with Bristow Group to deploy Azure Active Directory Premium, Azure Active Directory Application Proxy, and Azure Active Directory Connect, enabling single sign-on, multifactor authentication, and secure access to cloud and on-premises apps without the complexity of VPNs. The results included easier management of multiple systems, reduced service desk calls, and stronger security; 85% of employees registered for password self-service, and Microsoft’s Azure App Service also helped Bristow Group build and scale web environments faster while lowering hosting and infrastructure costs.
