The Türkiye Diyanet Foundation, a major religious and charitable organization, faced a significant challenge in coordinating its complex international operations, which included managing over 600,000 annual donations and providing aid to thousands. Microsoft implemented BizTalk Server 2016 to automate the foundation's key business processes. This solution integrated their various systems, replacing manual data entry with automated, secure data sharing. The results were substantial, including reducing the time to process bank donation data from nearly a day to under half an hour. The implementation also led to significant time savings, lower personnel costs, and improved data accuracy, contributing to a nearly 100 percent satisfaction rate with the new system.
