A Microsoft Corporation Case Study
BitTitan, a U.S.-based company that helps IT service providers automate their businesses, needed a faster way to measure marketing performance and improve the quality of partner leads. Working with Microsoft Corporation and partner Northwest Cadence, BitTitan used Microsoft Azure and Power BI to understand social media response in time to optimize campaigns, while also addressing the challenge of sending better-qualified leads to its sales partners.
Microsoft Corporation helped BitTitan build a Twitter sentiment analysis and lead-scoring solution using Azure Stream Analytics, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Power BI, and Cortana Intelligence Suite. The results were strong: each BitTitan tweet reached 5 times as many people, and scored leads delivered 19 conversions out of 200 versus just 1 out of 200 for random leads, significantly improving partner engagement and sales effectiveness.
