Microsoft Corporation implemented Dynamics 365 for Customer Service and Dynamics 365 for Sales to consolidate customer data into a complete 360-degree view and simplify customer-facing processes. The result was a streamlined CRM back end for account openings and loan applications, reduced administration, better omnichannel service, and full rollout across all branches in Australia. Beyond Bank also reported faster access to relevant customer information and a more intuitive experience for staff, helping drive happier customers.
