Benco Dental, a large U.S. dental supply distributor serving more than 30,000 dental professionals, needed a simpler way to manage communication and collaboration across field staff, headquarters, and sales teams. Microsoft Corporation implemented Teams with Office 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Intune, and Azure Active Directory to centralize conversations, files, and secure access. The result was faster issue resolution, better search and file discovery, and stronger security with less friction; for example, one equipment issue was solved in 10 minutes through Teams. Benco also reduced tool sprawl and improved productivity companywide by standardizing on Microsoft’s cloud platform.
