BandTec optimizes student learning with Microsoft Azure

BandTec, a higher education institution in Brazil, needed a specialized teaching tool that would give students real-world experience with cloud technology and help them practice modern project and management skills. To address this challenge, BandTec worked with Microsoft Corporation and used Azure, along with related Microsoft cloud services, to support its academic and administrative environment.

Microsoft Corporation implemented Microsoft Azure to virtualize infrastructure and enable cloud-based learning, including tools like SharePoint, OneNote Class Notebook, Yammer, Sway, OneDrive, Project Online, and Office 365. As a result, students gained the ability to attend classes from anywhere on campus, manage their own databases, systems, and networks, and build practical skills for the job market through hands-on cloud project work.
