Microsoft Corporation implemented Azure-based online donor registration and booking services, along with a mobile app, CMS, and back-end systems. The new solution reduced registration time from about a month to just hours, helped attract younger donors, increased donor numbers, and significantly cut infrastructure costs while coping with traffic surges of up to 100-fold.
