CityBee, the car and bike sharing provider in Eastern Europe, was struggling to keep up with rapidly growing demand while ensuring its platform stayed reliable, scalable, and easy to maintain. To support its Azure-based infrastructure, CityBee turned to Microsoft Corporation and the Microsoft Azure cloud service through partner SQUALIO Lietuva.

Microsoft Corporation implemented a solution that moved CityBee’s systems to two Azure environments for testing and production, enabling fast scaling, simpler management, and high availability. The migration took three months, and the results included significantly fewer infrastructure failures, testing and resource changes completed in minutes instead of hours, and infrastructure expansion by more than three times while reducing costs.
