Avgoulea-Linardatou School needed a better way for teachers and students to communicate, share files, and collaborate from anywhere at any time. The school also wanted to support online lessons and keep class groups automatically aligned with student rosters, using Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook.

Microsoft Corporation implemented Office 365 Groups in Outlook, along with Microsoft School Data Sync, to automatically create about 1,012 groups each academic year. This enabled shared calendars, inboxes, files, and co-authoring across the school community, helping students participate more actively and improving problem-solving, IT literacy, and critical thinking, while also allowing absent students to join lessons online.
