The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) faced the challenge of modernizing its paper-based, cumbersome processes for managing gaming operator licenses and reports. Microsoft implemented a secure web-based portal using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Adxstudio Portals, which automated the licensing application process and provided real-time status tracking for both the MGA and its operators.
