ATF Services, a leading Australian provider of security and safety solutions for the construction industry, wanted to improve site surveillance with a more intelligent, low-power alarm system. Working with Microsoft Corporation and software partner Two Bulls, the company used Microsoft Azure Service Fabric and Azure IoT Hub to build a cloud-connected, multisensor IoT platform that could reduce false alerts and work reliably in tough construction-site conditions.

Microsoft Corporation helped ATF Services launch the Intelligent Wireless Alarm, which sends sensor data to Azure and alerts a mobile app when motion, sound, or vibration is detected. The solution is easy to install, scalable across many device types, and extends beyond construction to homeowners, farmers, and facility managers, creating new market opportunities and supporting future predictive maintenance use cases.
