Microsoft Corporation helped ElringKlinger move its backups to the cloud using Microsoft Azure services, including Windows Server, Azure Storage, Azure Backup & Archive, and Azure Disaster Recovery. Backups now run daily from all sites directly to Azure, improving security and freeing up more than 70 man-days per year, while restoring full bandwidth to SAP traffic and giving ElringKlinger greater flexibility, compliance support, and ransomware protection.
