Apollo Hospitals improves operational efficiency of its telehealth services

Apollo Hospitals, one of India’s largest hospital chains, needed a better way to manage operations across its remote telehealth clinics while ensuring quality, cleanliness, and timely reporting. Working with Microsoft Corporation and using Microsoft Kaizala, Apollo sought to improve visibility and control over field operations where internet access was often limited and traditional reporting methods were slow.

Microsoft Corporation implemented Kaizala to collect daily operational data, run virtual inspections through mobile surveys, and consolidate reports in real time. This gave Apollo a 360-degree view of clinic activity, reduced manual reporting work, and removed reliance on desktops at remote sites. As a result, Apollo improved operational efficiency, sped up administrative decisions, and enabled field staff to share information instantly from their phones.
