Microsoft's solution involved deploying Kaizala to connect government employees and citizens, enabling instant messaging, surveys, polls, and geo-tagged feedback. This streamlined data collection, automated internal processes via APIs, and created a direct channel for citizen input, known as AP CM Connect. The results included over 30,000 citizen sign-ups in 48 hours, drastically reduced information turnaround times, and the successful digital management of a 12-day event for 20 million people, significantly boosting operational efficiency and transparency.
