Microsoft Corporation, working through Health360 Care Coordination, helped AiR Healthcare Solutions coordinate personalized care plans, improve compliance, and deliver richer reporting with Power BI and Azure Active Directory. The results were strong: within six months, 62 of 124 high-risk patients moved to moderate risk and 24 moved to low risk, and those gains are projected to reduce healthcare costs by nearly $2 million per year; coordinated treatment also achieved 72% 12-month abstinence versus the 35% national average.
