The result was stronger collaboration, 3,000 devices managed more securely, 60 Teams channels created, and 152 Yammer groups with 3,400 members. The council also cut £153,000 in datacentre, email security, and device management costs, reduced travel costs by 22% over three years, and expects to save at least 10 days of IT administration time per month.
