Case Study: CCC and Yogiic achieve cloud-based flexibility and real-time e-commerce with Microsoft Azure

Yoga clothing company provides flexible business model and sustainable employment

CCC and Yogiic are an Australian startup pair: CCC designs, manufactures, and warehouses ethical, onshore yoga apparel while Yogiic operates the retail website. Facing the need to tightly connect orders, production, inventory, vendors, and costs—while maintaining real-time ecommerce data and avoiding upfront server costs—the companies needed a flexible, cloud-ready ERP solution to support their drop-ship model and sustainable labor practices.

They implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV on Azure with Office 365 through partner Dynamic Business IT Solutions, using an eNAV integration to automate the drop-ship connection and keep website and sales data synchronized in real time. The cloud-based solution enabled anywhere access, launched the Yogiic site (with international shipping) in June 2016, clarified business processes, and positioned the brand to expand community features and sponsorships while keeping production ethical and locally controlled.
