CNH Industrial, a global agriculture and construction equipment leader, needed to standardize its fragmented CRM and ERP processes across a large, distributed dealer network while improving customer data quality, forecasting, and collaboration. To support its customer-first strategy, CNH turned to Microsoft Azure with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.

Microsoft Azure helped CNH unify sales and marketing operations, launch a lead-to-offer CRM process, and standardize ERP workflows across regions. The results included adoption by about 1,500 dealers, creation of more than 1 million accounts, tens of thousands of opportunities won, and significant cost reduction through more efficient use of time and resources.
