NTT DATA, a global IT services provider, wanted a faster, more scalable way to turn widespread enterprise data into actionable insights and reduce reliance on rigid dashboards and manual reporting. The company used Microsoft Azure products including Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI Agent Service in Azure AI Foundry to help technical and non-technical teams access real-time, role-based insights.

Microsoft Azure helped NTT DATA build conversational AI agents that query data in natural language, support HR, operations, sales, and other workflows, and even take automated actions across enterprise data. The results included at least 50% faster time to market, improved productivity across functions, and stronger decision support, with Microsoft Azure enabling quicker, safer scaling of data products and more agile, data-driven operations.
