Ukraine jewelry retailer automates operations and boosts sales using Microsoft Azure

Pandora Ukraine, operating as Amadeo and running around 50 jewellery stores across Ukraine, was struggling with aging on-premises data storage and servers. The company needed to decide whether to replace its legacy systems or move to the cloud, and turned to Microsoft Azure to reduce IT costs and modernize operations.

Microsoft Azure helped Pandora Ukraine migrate to the cloud and automate key business processes using services like Azure Machine Learning and Microsoft Power BI. The result was more than 50% of routine operations automated, stock ordering improved by 5%, sales increased by 2%, and IT budget costs fell by at least 20%, while data security and decision-making also improved.
