Türkiye Finans Prefers Microsoft Solutions for Data Security

Türkiye Finans, a Turkish bank serving more than 3 million customers through 286 branches and 4,100+ employees, faced growing risks from unauthorized access and credential-targeted attacks that traditional perimeter defenses couldn’t stop. The bank needed stronger, user-friendly protection close to the end user to secure corporate data without disrupting business continuity.

Türkiye Finans implemented Microsoft Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (using automatic phone calls) and Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics (ATA). Azure MFA was deployed quickly and at lower cost (no tokens or SMS gateway, live in two weeks), while ATA provided agentless behavioral analysis integrated with SIEM to detect suspicious user activity earlier, reduce false positives, and prevent attacks before damage occurred.
