Türkiye Diyanet Vakfı (Türkiye Diyanet Foundation) is a medium-sized Turkish nonprofit with more than 1,000 branches serving communities in 135 countries. Facing the need for fast, secure and efficient information flow and decision support across its global operations—especially to manage the annual Qurbani distribution—the foundation sought a scalable, integrated platform to coordinate donors, members and field distribution points without compromising quality or speed.

In 2015 the foundation implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM (backed by Azure/CPS infrastructure and Microsoft consulting) and integrated it with SQL Server, Active Directory/ADFS, ERP and document-management systems in a virtualized environment. The CRM-enabled system allowed Türkiye Diyanet Vakfı to distribute 180,000 Qurbani shares to 645 locations in 104 countries, improve data sharing and operational efficiency, and reduce investment costs through a more integrated, scalable infrastructure.
