Doğuş Media Group (DMG) is Turkey’s leading media company, operating TV channels, websites, radio stations and magazines. As its online portfolio grew, DMG struggled with inconsistent performance and unpredictable interruptions from multiple third‑party hosts, lacked automated provisioning and monitoring, and carried high disaster‑recovery datacenter costs that threatened viewer experience and brand trust.

DMG migrated key sites to Microsoft Azure with partner TCM, replatforming services using Azure App Service, VMs, SQL Database, DocumentDB, Azure Search and Stream Analytics, and implementing geo‑redundant hosting and automated monitoring/recovery. The move delivered dramatically improved stability and performance (operating across two datacenters for continuous availability), automated incident response, and a 20% monthly cost reduction on its NTV Spor site, with further savings and platform expansions planned.
