THK, a global leader in linear motion components, sought to improve its B2B customer experience by digitizing and streamlining purchasing processes. The company needed a secure, scalable platform that could support self-service quoting, parts selection and CAD access, integrate with corporate buyers and distributors, and be rolled out internationally.

Working with NIPPON SYSTEMWARE, THK built Omni THK on Microsoft Azure PaaS, using services such as Azure Active Directory, App Service, Cosmos DB and Azure SQL plus AI for drawing analysis. The platform’s Fast Delivery, Your Catalog, Orders (PunchOut/EDI) and Forecast functions were delivered quickly and securely, giving customers easier product discovery and self-service ordering, improving drawing management, reducing order delays, and enabling sales teams to focus on higher‑value work while supporting global rollout.
