TBI, a leading destination management company in India with offices across the country and internationally, was struggling with an in-house IT setup that had data storage and bandwidth limits, rising operational costs, and growing inefficiencies. To address these challenges, TBI looked to Microsoft Azure for a more scalable and secure cloud-based infrastructure.

Microsoft Azure, implemented with support from Crescent Technologies, migrated TBI’s legacy on-premises systems to the cloud in February 2022 and completed the move in just one month, a month ahead of schedule, with no downtime. The shift improved agility, scalability, and transaction speed, reduced IT management and security effort, and significantly lowered IT costs through Azure IaaS and PaaS capabilities, while also enabling better cost monitoring and future disaster recovery planning.
