Binary Confidence is a small Slovak cybersecurity firm that runs a 24/7 Cyber Defense Centre, collecting and analyzing log data from hundreds of customer devices. As data volumes grew into tens of millions of logs per month, their MariaDB setup suffered sluggish analytical queries—sometimes taking minutes—and required heavy indexing that slowed log collection and limited scalability.
