Aurelium is a Belgian ICT services provider that helps small and midsize businesses with productivity, mobility, and managed IT through its subscription package, Anuvo. As customer environments grew more complex and cloud adoption increased, Aurelium faced time‑consuming, error‑prone manual setup and management of hybrid cloud environments that limited its ability to scale and invest in innovation.

To address this, Aurelium deployed Microsoft Operations Management Suite (including Log Analytics and IT Automation) to automate server and Office 365 deployments, provision employees, and centralize monitoring and diagnostics. The result: standard deployment time fell from 6–8 hours to 1.5 hours, internal system management dropped from 500 to 50 hours per year, costs were reduced through optimized Azure usage, and the company shifted to a scalable one‑to‑many model that freed resources for a DevOps team and higher‑value projects like IoT and machine learning.
