H One built Res.Q on Microsoft Azure and Power BI — a device-agnostic, tablet-driven quality management system that captures defects in real time, provides interactive dashboards and alerts, and supports planning, supervision and targeted training. The solution cut reporting lag from hours to minutes, enabled faster, data-driven corrective actions, reduced waste and training costs, and made quality inspection proactive and measurable across production lines.
