Case Study: CloudMunch achieves 30% faster time-to-market and up to 40% cost reductions with Microsoft Azure

A Microsoft Azure Case Study

Preview of the CloudMunch Case Study

Solutions Firm Uses the Cloud to Speed Release Cycles and Cut IT Costs

CloudMunch Inc., a Seattle- and Bengaluru-based DevOps platform provider, helps developers, testers and operations teams deliver applications continuously. After launching on AWS, the 12-person firm faced customer issues—most notably eSparsh’s performance and manageability on AWS—and needed to support Microsoft-stack customers and reduce costs and release times.

CloudMunch migrated its platform to Microsoft Azure, demonstrating seamless support for Microsoft and open-source stacks and completing customer migrations over a weekend with minimal downtime. On Azure the company automated management, lowered total cost of ownership (customers report cost reductions up to 40%), sped time-to-market (at least 30%), shortened release cycles (one customer cut a three-month cycle to a week), and improved scalability, security and customer satisfaction.
