MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions, a Seattle-based contractor, designs and builds energy-efficient buildings and helps keep them optimized after construction. Its challenge was to better connect building data with service technicians so it could detect when systems were using too much energy or were about to fail, using Microsoft Azure IoT services, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service, and ICONICS Smart Building Software.
