Partners in Health is an international nonprofit delivering modern health care to vulnerable populations across sites in ten countries. Faced with tight budgets, remote and harsh field conditions, and the need to protect sensitive patient data while coordinating thousands of staff, PIH needed a way to centralize information, improve communications, and respond quickly to health emergencies.

PIH deployed Microsoft cloud solutions—Azure and Office 365 (OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, Skype for Business)—to create a secure, central data clearinghouse, enable mobile access and backups, and standardize communications and identity management. The result: streamlined operations, lower costs, faster emergency response and collaboration, improved donor reporting and data security, and greater capacity to deliver life-saving care.
