RMS (Risk Management Solutions), a leading global risk‑modeling and data analytics firm serving insurers, reinsurers, brokers and public agencies, needed to better protect customer data, ensure reliable disaster recovery for its VMware workloads, and reduce the heavy time and resource burden of DR testing while accelerating dev/test and production deployments to support global growth.

RMS moved dev/test and production workloads to Microsoft Azure and deployed Azure Site Recovery, Virtual Machines, Storage, Virtual Network and DevTest Labs to orchestrate DR and scale infrastructure on demand. The change cut DR test prep from about a month to two weeks, reduced day‑to‑day server provisioning from two days to two hours and large project setup from two months to 10 days, lowered costs and staffing needs for DR, and freed resources to innovate and expand globally.
