Retailer Frávega adopts cloud-based communications, remains compliant with demanding corporate governance policies

Frávega, a 100+-year-old Argentine retailer with 114 branches and about 5,000 employees, needed to modernize its desktop, communication and collaboration tools while meeting strict audit, security and corporate governance requirements. The company wanted a cloud email and collaboration platform that preserved its full message history and supported mobile executives without disrupting day-to-day operations.

Partnering with Prisma, Frávega migrated ~2,000 mailboxes (500+ GB) to Office 365 and Windows 10 and deployed Azure Active Directory (IRM, Message Encryption, Litigation Hold and AD FS) along with OneDrive, SharePoint and Skype for Business. The move preserved compliance, strengthened security and rights management, simplified administration, reduced on‑premises servers and costs, and improved mobility, collaboration and overall productivity across the organization.
