Using Microsoft Azure, the RAC ingests and analyses telematics data in real time to detect problems early, dispatch the right vehicle and parts, and provide drivers with safety and efficiency advice. The solution has sped up roadside repairs, improved operational efficiency, and—by helping customers drive more safely—reduced the chance of accidents by up to 75%, while providing a scalable, secure cloud platform for future growth.
