Quest dramatically reduces go-to-market times with Azure

Quest Software, a long-time provider of IT management software and services, faced the challenge of modernizing its globally distributed, on-premises lab and office infrastructure while also speeding up the delivery of new customer offerings. As it moved internal systems to Microsoft Azure, Quest also needed a cloud foundation for new software as a service products, including its Quest On Demand platform.

Microsoft Azure helped Quest consolidate 78 disparate labs into a single global cloud platform and build its Quest On Demand services on Azure technologies such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, and Azure Cosmos DB. The result was improved operations, lower costs, stronger agility, and new capabilities reaching market 66% faster than before, while also supporting growth in customers and more secure, reliable cloud services.
