Public sector holding company prepares for the future with multifaceted cloud solution

Zagrebački Holding, a City of Zagreb–owned public-sector group of 16 subsidiaries and about 11,000 employees, faced management and security problems from many disparate IT platforms. The lack of standardization made centralized administration, consistent user experience, and protection against threats (including high ransomware risk in Croatia) difficult.

To address this, the company standardized on Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft Azure and Enterprise Mobility + Security. This “building-block” cloud approach centralized management, boosted mailbox capacity and productivity, strengthened security and breach response, and created a unified user and customer experience—positioning Zagrebački Holding to operate more efficiently and be ready for future challenges.
