Adriatic Sailing, a leading Croatian charter company, faced slow, manual reporting across many data sources—invoices, payments, travel expenses and more—which consumed significant staff time and made it hard to track growth or decide where to invest. The company needed an automated, mobile-accessible solution so employees could spend less time preparing reports and more time on customer-facing activities.

Working with partner 3 PRO, Adriatic Sailing deployed Office 365 Power BI and SharePoint Online with Azure SQL databases to centralize and synchronize data into a single interactive dashboard. Reports are now visual, faster to produce and accessible via the Power BI mobile app, accelerating business processes, increasing productivity and freeing staff for revenue-generating work.
