PepsiCo, with more than 320,000 employees across 200 countries, was working in a fragmented technology environment with multiple collaboration and productivity tools that slowed work and made it harder to adopt AI. The company needed a secure, seamless platform that would fit into daily workflows and support its move toward generative AI, using Microsoft Azure-based workplace capabilities including Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Microsoft Azure helped PepsiCo standardize collaboration on Microsoft Teams, roll out Microsoft 365 Copilot, and migrate 3,300 video conference rooms to Teams Rooms. The result was smoother workstreams, easier global collaboration, and strong adoption of Copilot, with daily active use reaching 90% to 95%, while employees reported saving hours each day.
