CRM Norge packaged Power BI into its Dynamics solution (alongside Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune) to enable self-service analytics, automated dashboards, and end-to-end managed services. As a result customers can run real-time analyses of timesheets, revenue, and case workflow themselves, dashboards are produced far faster, decision-making and profitability have improved, and employee efficiency has increased through routine task automation.
