Papa John's Pizza supports UAE growth plans with clouds-based tools

Papa John’s Pizza UAE, a medium-sized consumer goods company in the United Arab Emirates, was looking to support rapid expansion after its ownership changed in 2019. Its legacy systems could not scale with the business, and it needed better management, reporting, and support for remote work. Microsoft Azure and Microsoft’s business tools, implemented with Cynosure Solutions, were chosen to help modernize its operations.

Microsoft Azure supported app development, testing, and secure remote access, while Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 improved finance, analytics, and collaboration. As a result, Papa John’s Pizza UAE opened 25 new stores in two years, cut its month-end close process by about 50% to four days, and gained real-time insights to manage inventory and product launches more effectively.
